Celebration

The exhibition Celebration has been curated and designed for ARTEM University (Art, Technology & Management) and took place in the Gallery NaMiMa, a 250 m² space dedicated to showcasing new artists and designers.

Celebration explored the role of artists and designers in our society, while aiming at blurring the boundaries between the white cube in the gallery and the outside world.

A series of bespoke partitions made of coloured panels used natural light to cast shadows in and out of the gallery, establishing a connection with NaMiMa’s surroundings. Working with a lighting specialist, each parts of the exhibition was given a separate lighting scheme.

The graphic design material, signage modules, plinths and partitions were designed specifically for Celebration.
